At E-Living, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all furniture is returned in its original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your E-Living account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and submit a request.

Prepare the Package

Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original shipping boxes.

Schedule a Pickup

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and instructions to schedule a carrier pickup at your convenience.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
